RCM Nepal has performed different assignments under the competitive conditions since its establishment and also performed other different assignments through its professional members as individual consultant. They are basically on “supply and installation of organic manure industries, commodity based value chain and market study, baseline and evaluations of different project(s) and strategic planning on organic and agricultural development including overall development. RCM’s clientele includes different development partners in Nepal;INGOs, NGOs, Government of Nepal, Bilateral Organisations and Private Sector Stakeholders. RCM Nepal has also developed a small field based resource center in Gunjanagar, Chitwan, Nepal to learn from field.
RCM is currently seeking affiliation with different professional institutions in United Kingdom and other countries. RCM is in process of implementing its long term strategic plan (2017-2026), which will help RCM to provide strategic contribution for overall development of the nation. RCM has managed successfully transactions of funding received from various organisations. Although, volume of the transaction might not be impressive at this stage, the way and mechanism of management will certainly shed light on RCM management capacity. Since RCM is established as private sector service providers by the highly competent and recognised professionals, it has rapport and relationship with various professionals and institutions working in the field of development at different levels.
